I bought a new laptop here a few weeks ago. The store is beautiful and really well laid out. I enjoyed their large selection of laptops since other places I went to didn't have a laptop with high enough specs for what I needed. This store had several options for me. I asked for assistance and the guy helping me was super knowledgeable and nice and helped me decide between 2 options. One thing I have to say about best buy is their staff are usually super nice but there's always 2 or 3 employees who look miserable and avoid you at all costs. I know it sucks to work retail sometimes but sometimes you have to fight for the attention of the sales people.
