- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆2019-12-21, by Bri PearlI am giving Big Al's one star. I recently purchased a back drop for a 10 gallon tank and the moron's cut it far too short. My 2 year old niece could have done a better job. The staff member I talked to lacked knowledge and had to bother her co-workers who were bust for answers. I don't care if you're new at your job, or not. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to cut in a straight line.
