  Not usually busy, always a calm environment where everyone feels welcomed. Only a few downside to this store. The first is that the Star Wars Legend novels only seem to be restocked with the same few repeatedly, causing us to have to order the rest in, which brings me to my second point; lack of employees on the floor. We went to the checkout and told the woman that we had an order to pick up. After waiting for 20 minutes and noticing one worker standing by the door and doing what seemed to be greeting some people, she ran another errand that happened to have her come over to the desk where two more people had starting waiting for their orders. After 30 minutes total we finally got our books.
