  On arrival in regards to a scheduled rear view camera repair, Henry Gao advised of a recent air bag recall and suggested to have it included. He arranged for a loaner car and kept me apprised of the progress throughout the day. Excellent customer service beyond and above expectations!

  This dealership has gone above and beyond my expectations with respect to my first Lexus purchase. I had been in correspondence with a few dealerships closer in proximity to us and within my first contact with Lexus of London, I knew I was going to be buying here. Remarkable service from Stephanie, her sales manager Allan, and Kylie. We felt taken care of as soon as we had entered the dealership. Warm atmosphere but professional, and made the whole buying process pretty straightforward. This dealership is a two hour drive from us, but was worth every mile - definitely will be coming back for my next purchase.
