  What a pleasant surprise to shop here! I thought this was an expensive place, based on all the focus on customer care. You hear them touting it all the time, and it usually means more expensive stuff. I really did my homework on this one; that canadian appliances store, loblaws, etc. all the places you'd think they have the lowest prices. I wanted a Maytag washing machine, and initially it looked like it was cheapest at Canadian appliances store, but after adding up all the delivery and hook-up fees, London Major was cheapest by far!! Not that is a winning recipe to me, lower or same prices plus superior customer service! I am a small business owner as well and battle the same perceptions, where the big box stores seems cheaper, but we are cheaper on 95% of the products plus we have far superior customer service. Still it is an uphill battle, and that is why I am so sympathetic to London Major. They are doing everything right! Try to compare all the fees before you buy!
