  I went into the store today with some issues that I had with some poor quality shoes I had purchased. Spoke with the manager there and she was fantastic with helping me. Got everything taken care of and felt that the service was great. Not sure about these other 1 star reviews but today's visit definitely deserves 5/5 for the customer experience.

  If there was zero stars, these "professionals" would have earned it! A customer for more than 25 years across several provinces, I was met today at this location with indifference. The salesperson who greeted me, rolled her eyes when I asked about a tux rental, then directed me to the area where there were 3 employees. I told here what I wanted (a white dinner jacket) and she simply told me that she was sure she didn't have any...not that she knew when I was looking to rent mind you. It was clear to me that I was interrupting their day. I said "OK" and turned on a dime and walked out. I then went to Tip Top Tailors and bought one. I did spend more than I planned, but I won't darken the doorstep of Moores in North London again.

  For the second time in about two weeks I was in the store after seeing an item that interested me. The first time I was in one salesperson said Hi but that was it, no one came near me as I was looking through a rack. As i came back to revisit that item about a week later I walked in the store was NOT busy and again no one cane near I even pulled a suit off and tried on the jacket and no sales person came near but they seemed to be wondering around, even one at the till just standing there. So I left after about twenty minutes of looking. I have bought many things over the years from Moores but I an rethinking that. I also find that the prices have increased very much. I also know that i don't fit the trendy, model like preppy customer but we are all different........
