This company contacted me about a repair for claim filed with Samsung for a washing machine recall. Over two weeks after leaving an initial message to set up service I still hadn't received a call back. I had to place another call in order to receive a call back and then was told that they can only offer service from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Because I work during those hours, I was asked to arrange for someone to open the house for them. When I told them that that was not possible I was given a response akin to "too bad, nothing we can do then".
