  I am so disappointed in my Petrov experience. I went to Petrov as my only option in the city to get Hayley Paige bridesmaids dresses. Everything was great until they took my money and NEVER ORDERED MY DRESSES. My last bridesmaid paid March 2 and I called in May to check on my order and was told only 3 of 6 bridesmaid had paid and it was then I found out that my dresses had not been ordered. No apology was offered and no responsibility was taken. I called back later to speak to Christine the manager who was not informed this had happened. While she offered an apology the mistake was blamed on new staff and nothing was offered to rectify the situation... in fact when I asked she said "what do you want? Perhaps as a manager who's staff failed to do their job you could come up with something to make it right without me having to offer suggestions on how to run your business. I am now on day 4 of waiting to speak to the owner. I can't imagine what I would have done if I didn't call as my dresses would have never been ordered.
