I was impressed how they handled the oddities of our old bath installation. There were a number of weird things to deal with including drains which were messed up in the foundation and the fact they had to work with a bulk head because of piping issues. The crew solved these challenges properly and eventually installed a nice bath tub with walls, shower doors, etc. As someone who does things in the house himself, I was also quite happy that the crew lead took the time to discuss different options and explain what they did when I asked them. I have not yet had any serious problems, so I don't know how things would go if I need to get them back to fix such problems.
