  I placed an order online and made arrangements for delivery, when it was delivered it was left in my driveway. After much shifting of blame and passing the buck I found out it was Baby's R Us that is responsible and when I spoke with them they refused to take responsibility and ownership of the problem and the only solution was to offer me a store credit of $75.It's not money I want! Accepting that is saying it's ok that you screwed me I want delivery in my home like normal companies offer. When I asked where does it state this policy they refused to tell me. Lots of I'm sorry's but no resolution and no admission of their fault. I have been left with furniture in my driveway exposure to elements and theft and Baby's R Us refusing to solve this problem because they did not inform me of this policy at time of order. Buyer BEWARE do not order anything and have it delivered from this company this is what will happen to you!!!
