  I came into Design House London to check out what I thought was a fabulous new Design Store. I was greeted and welcomed by a young lady named Monica, she was very informative on the store, building and was able to answer my questions. My visit started off on a very positive note, but turned south shortly after witnessing the owner or boss of the establishment yelling, and cursing at one of her employees right in front of me. I'm not sure what reasons the owner had, but regardless no dispute should be discussed openly in a store and especially in front of clients/customers. Nor does any employer have the right to belittle and curse at an employee. I left shortly after not even making it up to the second level as I felt to uncomfortable to be walking around in such a negative environment. If this is how management treats their employees I wouldn't want to know how they treat their clients. I only give 2 stars only because of the great service I had initially, otherwise I would rated it zero for the lack of professionalize.
