  I walked up to the kiosk expecting to replace my phone. Instead, a very helpful rep helped me upgrade the memory of my phone (which solved the problem). A less honest salesperson would've sold me a new one.

  Great staff! Very helpful, all of them were free when I went. Friendly personable, good people. I have 3 phone lines I buy lots of phones, I have no patience. Great job!

  Today i was helped by a gentleman at Koodo`s booth in Masonville, after waiting in line for 20 minutes. He was tired and unable to function or process my request. I felt bad for him and for Koodo`s inability to have more employees especially with there current offers. I have been with Koodo for about four years now, and just renewed my contract on Nov.25, but because of what happened today, i will use my right to return my device and cancel my tab-large with koodo and get a line with another provide that respects me and my time.
