  Bought a piano, drum kit and several sets of guitar strings a while back. The salesperson was helpful and expedited the orders. He noticed that the piano manual was missing so had the entire manual printed out, single sided which made it bulky. After punching it and putting it in a binder it's working out all right. I think for 5 stars, that manual should also have been mailed to me when it became available?

  Went in looking to buy a guitar. Spent over an hour trying out 3 different guitars. Not a single employee acknowledged me being there, while every other person who walked in was greeted and helped. Put back a really nice feeling guitar and left. If your staff won't even say hello to me, you're not getting a sale. Will not be back.
