  Awesome costumer service by Ted, even though the problem was not solved he was very patient and helpful. Another bonus is that he can speak mandarin which is very helpful.

  This Rogers location is one of the best in London. They provided me with great service and great information on the phone I was wanting to upgrade to. They always have some promotions going on in the store, striving to give you the best customer service. The staff here are friendly and personable. Always putting the customer first, asking all the right questions and making sure I get the products and services that suites my needs. They have a great selection of cases and screen protectors for my phone and they install the screen protector in store, so I didn't have to. Such a great experience and I'll be coming back to this Rogers for all my future needs.

  One of the best Rogers stores I've been to! The girls there were super knowledgeable and helpful. They ordered my phone and set it all up for me so when I came in all I had to do was watch and learn. 10/10 service and they even helped pick out lifetime warranty accessories for me. I'd recommend this place to anyone!
