  The staff are friendly but there are often long line ups for checking out and they dont seem to call for extra cashiers until the line is getting long. The pharmacy team are great they do go extra miles to help their customers and the delivery guy is good too... I miss the Pond Mills store which I feel had the best pharmacy team but I was with that store for many, many years. In general I wouldn't trust any other store but Shoppers for mine and my family's prescription needs. The store is clean and organized and sometimes you are greeted by cosmetics staff whereas I found the cosmetics staff at Pond Mills store greeted me 9 out of 10 times (may be I'm biased).
