After phoning and being put on hold twice, I visited the post office to inquire if they had received the late package I was expecting. The "customer service rep" at the post office counter only seemed to care that she could leave right at 4:00 pm for her ending shift. Her sense of urgency and lack of caring was very apparent. I asked her to search 2 different names in the system, she was very rude and abrupt with telling me "nope" immediately after searching. Being management in customer service myself, I was disgusted by her approach and would be embarrassed to have an employee like that representing my brand's image.
