  This store is a joke. Called to place an order for our medical office. Was transferred 4 times between two departments. Not one apology. Then put on hold for 15 mins. Then when I do ask for the pharmacist and explain the situation she again does not offer an apology and just asks me what I would like to order. Complete idiot. Definitely will be letting other offices know not to order from here

  I'm glad I am not the only person on here who thinks this Shoppers Drug Mart is a joke. I've never dealt with such poor customer service. Shoppers Drug Mart was one of my favorite stores, but looks like that will change.
