  It's a smallish store with a warehouse ambiance, they have a lot of options for different types of beds. Huge selection of mattresses and adjustable bed bases - but it's not the biggest store around. There were no Murphy beds, etc. Sleep country doesn't do sleep number or Serta adjustable beds either.

  Hi Google, I'm giving sleep country Fanshawe a 5-star review. Mattress shopping is never going to be this perfectly transparent process, but Natalie, Alan and their team actually made it somewhat pleasant while in store. The real props come with the service after sale. My mattress was defective, but I was away on business and did not notice it until I got back. Well, there is a 48 hour window in which to report damage or defects. So my googling and a call to the customer service produced an apparent trip through the warranty process, as per the Sleep Country policy. I was fuming mad and decided to call the store directly. It took about two minutes to resolve it with Natalie and my new, awesome mattress came the next week. I guess I'm writing all this because all stores sell stuff to you and you are always at a disadvantage in terms of information. Companies exist to make money off of this. Some places have a philosophy that supports this sort of environment and anyone who has shopped somewhere, anywhere for a mattress knows that you are far more likely to encounter shady practice. That is not the case at Sleep Country on Fanshawe and I would recommend that you go there first if you are in London and need a mattress.

  What can't I say about my experience at the Fanshawe Park Road location- it was amazing. Dustin and Sean were patient, courteous and completely knowledgeable about every product, and solution for my needs. The 60 day sleep guarantee gave me peace of mind in case I had picked the wrong mattress. I ended up upgrading to a King size and bought a beautiful headboard and footboard that look great in my new house. They took the time through calls, texts and emails to ensure my new bed was a sleep changer. The delivery was bang on time, no need to wait around for it. This bed has changed my morning attitude- I've never slept better. Great company, great staff- I'd recommend it to anyone in the market for quality product and service. Best part- it's a Canadian company! Well done guys! Thank-you!
