  Salesman seemed fairly knowledgeable but a bit pushy toward my wife who needs time to make decisions. Got the bed now and it is not what it seemed when I tested it but I have a return policy that covers that I believe 60 days. That being said the salesman told me it will take 5 weeks for my bed to break in so that only leaves me with approximately 7 days to try out the broken in bed. But we will see how that goes. Oh and they charge if you do swap out the bed.

  I have had wonderful service and exceptional products from Sleep Country. Consequently I have a great deal of confidence in any of their products.However I have just had a very irritating experience. I wished to phone ahead and inquire about a product before driving several miles to check it out. I went on line and phoned four stores listed, only to get the answering machine in every store. Finally on the fifth try at the fifth store, I got a live person who was very helpful. I see by previous critiques that I am not alone in this. Surely someone could at least answer, put me on hold, or whatever. If I had not reached a live person on the fifth try, I planned to get the same product at another store. PR is just as important as sales!
