  I have had two dealings with this company, and both was excellent service because of Rachael. She knows her business very well and is extremely competent in doing so. I watched her deal with all kinds of personalities, some very tough, and she handled that pressure while maintaining her calm. Any questions I emailed her were returned very quickly. The auctions I entered was organized entirely and with such volume to deal with I thought there would be some confusion, but to my delight, Rachael and her team were in total control as much as one could be. I thank Rachael and the Storey team for their excellent service and patience.

  Great company to deal with! Really like how pick ups are handled in a controlled manner... not a free-for-all like other companies. Staff stayed with me to locate and move my purchases, helped me locate something that was missing and made sure my new property was safe and sound. Anyone who has an issue with this company has issues themselves.... learn some patience and respect.
