Their staff have been wonderful in sending quotes quickly, as well as finding sales and ensuring proper warranties are in place. It is always a positive experience to shop with them. Also, when I have needed to use the extended warranties, the support has come quickly and it has not been difficult to access. I would highly recommend them for all appliances.
