  I wish I could give 0 stars. I bought some furniture back on September but got them by October. Then the foot rest of one them needed some repair. Since I purchased a warranty, I proceeded to call them on April 4, 2017. They told me to take some pictures and send them by e-mail. There was no response at all. About a week later, I call them back and told me not to worry cause the order was already placed and a technician should be coming throughout the week. A month later and I'm still waiting. My dad bought a TV from here as well. There was a bump on it. Called and send some pics by e-mail but nothing happened. I called again and told me that someone should be calling me today cause everything was good to go since they already had the replacement. Nothing happened again... Their warranty service sucks. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! *** Just came to do an update.*** Last thing I heard about them was that they were going to send a replacement instead of sending a technician to repair it. It's September 2017 and nothing has happened. I will now send another email but to the social media one. Lets see if they are more helpful... It is January 31, 2018 and guess what.... Exactly, nothing has happened. Just bs that they call promises. They always said that ¨Peter¨is looking into it and that it is in process (the replacement)...

  Bought a new bedroom set. The service was great (See Nick!!) He worked with me to get me everything I wanted at a great price. He made sure everything could be delivered when I needed it, and it arrived on time. Overall no complaints here, I love my new bedroom. Thanks for everything!

  Never go this store... crooked staff and selfish management... once you buy no one will care about your items... staff are crooked working for big criminal commission looking for every opportunity to cheat customers and don't care about customers and what they buy... Never ever try their delivery because they outsource that to poor delivery. They charge double of what other store charge and put your products to rude and arrogant fools... customer service manager is useless spine less guys who support his staff to cheat customers... if you find a big response from the owner saying apology it is just a hoarse who is worthless because the same happened with my second delivery after I get big words from that worthless owner...
