  We’ve often heard “The true measure of great service is the response when things go wrong.” Our bedroom furniture was delivered as promised but we declined to have the bed frame installed because the bedroom wasn't ready. The delivery was prompt and courteous. The delivery men were extremely helpful in repositioning the furniture several times to satisfy my wife. We are very happy with our new bedroom suite but the bed frame didn’t fit correctly when I ultimately attempted to assemble it myself. The centre support legs were the wrong size and the predrilled holes for the side rails were incorrectly located so that the slat roll wouldn’t fit properly. (manufacturer's fault) The after sales support received from Ray and Nick was outstanding! They were helpful and very responsive to our needs. Ultimately, they came to our home and re-installed everything so that it fit correctly. They were helpful and very personable. Despite drilling a few holes they left everything clean. Although we didn’t have extensive dealings with others in the store, there was a large selection of furniture and everyone that helped us was also great to deal with.   We order a loft bed 7 years ago for our 7 yr old son. He has since grown too big for the height so we decided to take the loft legs off and make it a regular bed height and that prompted our call; we couldn't understand the mechanisms to proceed with change. Jay returned our call and troubleshot over the phone, he suggested i send a picture which i did and he promptly called me back offering to come to our home to have a better look. After 2 visit, some head scratching the tool was figured out and the bed could be disassembled. Jay went over and above customer service for a 7yr purchase on a bed they no longer supply. Jay you are an amazing manager, leading by example! any company would be lucky to have employees with this work ethic! Thank you so much for the extra (10) miles, you gave us and a happy teenager who won't bump his head on the ceiling.
